Jesus, I Love You
Phil Driscoll’s song, “Jesus, I Love You”, is sung in Phil’s bluesy, soulful style and includes his stylistic, jazzy trumpet playing. Essentially, the song declares that Jesus is worthy of our praise, and our adoration. At the song’s beginning, the lyrics enumerate all the names and terms we use to describe who He is: Emmanuel (God is with us) , blessed redeemer, living word, mighty God, everlasting father, rock of salvation, the beginning and the end (Alpha and Omega), king of all the earth. The song ends with numerous declarations of praise and expressions of love for Jesus.
