Gathering To Worship

Our church, like all church holy places, is first a house of prayer; it’s a place to go with others in our faith family, away from our own homes, to meet God and to listen to him and for him. James tells us: “Come near to God and he will come near to you (James 4:8). It is our duty to go to church to meet God. “I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord.” (Psalm 122:1)
